Ordering and Shipping
Ordering
- All prices stated are in SGD.
- Once you've placed an order with us, you will receive an invoice immediately. If you did not receive an invoice within 10 minutes, please email us at [email protected].
- Please make sure that you have added the right items/sizes that you wanted into the shopping cart. When you've received an invoice, the order is confirmed and we will not be able to amend the order.
- Payment are to be made within the stated time frame. Orders that were not paid up by then will be cancelled without prior notice.
- If you have a discount code/promotion code, please input the code before checking out your order for discount to be valid. No refunds will be provided for orders where discount codes are not entered at the point of purchase.
- Customers who have made at least one successful purchase from us will be added to our mailing list automatically.
- We hold the rights to cancel/reject orders without any prior notice.
Shipping
- Rovelle The Label will take 1-2 working days (excluding weekends and public holiday) after your payment has been verified to process your order and dispatch your parcel.
- If you have an urgent need for the package, kindly drop us an email at [email protected] to check if the package will be able to reach you in time.
- Please note that Rovelle The Label will not be liable for lost normal mails. We encourage our buyers to opt for standard courier delivery to be safe.
- In the case that your address has been provided wrongly, Rovelle The Label will not be liable for the cost of redelivery. No refunds will be given in the event that the package was returned to us due to incorrect address provided by buyer.
